Terms of service.

We endeavour to produce quality products at its best. In unlikely events you received the  product in damaged condition;

Please keep the damaged product and its packaging for inspection.  Under normal circumstances, delivery company would require us to keep the product and some photographic evidence. Some courier services that we use might also require you to save the product for further investigation.

Please do contact us as soon as possible.

For delivery:

Please note that delivery timescale is on working days by default. If you require your product on certain date, including bank holidays and weekends, please contact us first before making any purchase. Other delivery options may be available.

Please allow THREE (3) working days despatch time. It would allow us to freshly prepare and produce the product at its best. Should there be an unexpected delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

For collection:

Please allow at least one (1) day. If there are orders that might take more time, we will let you know via your preferred contact. It would also help us if you could provide the preferred time of collection upon checkout. Purchased goods without preferred time of collection will be ready later on the day..

We will not use your personal data other than for preserving the quality of our customer services and allow us to better serve your needs. It will allow us to contact you about you products and services you have purchased, in the event that it might be necessary.

Your personal information will not be given to third parties or otherwise misused for marketing without your explicit consent.
